Set within a lovingly restored 1853 landmark, our 41 guest rooms and suites vary in size, furnishings, and unique architectural details, including some with mahogany four-poster rice beds and original gas fireplaces. Although each light-filled room is unique, all have 12-foot ceilings, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, and modern bathrooms with premium bath amenities.

Nestled beside one of our interior courtyards, our inviting Courtyard King guest rooms feature custom cabinetry, upholstered headboards, and modern bathrooms with glass showers (no tub).

Standard Rooms

With original hardwood floors, our Standard guest rooms are anything but ordinary. Select queen and double bedded rooms have working fireplaces. Bathrooms have either a shower or shower/tub combination. Please note in your reservation if you require a tub. Featuring two bedrooms separated by a privacy door, our beautifully furnished Two-Bedroom Suites are ideal for families, couples, and girlfriend getaways. Each bedroom has its own TV and modern bathroom with granite vanity and cozy waffle weave bathrobes. This suite has one entry door.

Parlor Suites

600 SF | 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa

A lovely Charleston pied-a-terre, our two-room Parlor Suites have a beautifully furnished living room with gas fireplace, original plaster molding, and comfortable sleeper sofa. A privacy door leads to a spacious bedroom and adjoining bathroom, featuring a mahogany four-poster bed, two TVs, glass shower (no tub) and waffle weave bathrobes.
