Kings Courtyard Inn Guest Comments

Always my favorite stop as I travel, and I do a LOT of overnight.  Feels homey, like you're among friends, and not like many of the hotel chains I stay at.  I'm referring people all the time to stay with you, and have brought about five of our executives to stay with you too.

Charming Inn

I continue to return to the Kings Courtyard Inn in Charleston for their hospitality and beautiful rooms. The staff is courtieous and always delighted to see me return for another stay. The bedrooms are large and decorated in the "Southern Style", some with four poster beds, some with a canopy, and all have oriental rugs, which makes the stay special. Some of the rooms have flat screen televisions now and Jennifer made sure that I had one that was comfortable to view from my bed. I will continue to return to this inn because I feel welcome and I also enjoy the wine and cheese in the afternoon and a lovely breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for touring Charleston on foot and enjoying wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It was also within walking distance of my classes at the College of Charleston. Not to mention that there is a convenient parking lot in the rear of the hotel for my car.

Grand Southern Comfort

Fabulous Inn with a feel of old world charm & comfort. Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. The nightly wine & cheese hour is a nice touch!

Started staying at your facility some years ago, so whenever I or we come to Charleston, we stay at the King's Courtyard or one of your sister facilities. All of your folks from the concierge desk to the breakfast room staff perform exceptionally well. It is always great; I have stayed here frequently.

Overall, everything was in excess of our expectations.  In our three visits to Charleston over the past few years, we have stayed on the battery, in a nice hotel on Meeting Street,and the Kings Courtyard.  The Kings Courtyard was far and away the best of the places!
